DAPD NIR 5x5 Array+PCB 1550
DAPD 5 by 5 Array with a pre-ampifier board and temperature satbilization

Near infrared spectral response (950nm to 1650nm), high-speed self quenching 5 by 5 photon detector array, designed for 3D LIDAR applications.  Including a printed circuit board with 25 preamplifiers, a two-stage TEC and a thermistor.  One DC bias input is used for all 25 pixels, and each pixel is connected in parallel to an SMA high-speed connector.

The RTMDAPD10 Si is an easy-to-use module, integrating external bias (5V) that biases the DAPD as well as the preamp, and electronic pre-amplification, incorporating a hermetically sealed TO-39.  Use for general purpose low-level light signal detection in the 400 to 850nm wavelength range.
